I'm trying to download videos and pictures from the Mavic Pro Platinum to my mobile device,a Google Pixel,using the DJI Go 4 app. Today I got my new Spark that came with V01.00.0600 and I cannot My screens from DJI Assistant 2 and the DJI Go 4 app are exactly the I just got the fire 8 and I am trying to download the Dji Go and Litchi apps but they will not download.It says they are already installed (but My iPad mini is about 3 years old. I'm running version 9.3.5 so I expected that the app would be supported.
